Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment. During holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery estimates presented on out product pages are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivered But Not Delivered

All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers at your local USPS in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Earlobekandy is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your package appears delayed, please check the tracking information and contact the shipping carrier for updates.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
